Peels

What are the advantages of chemical peel for acne scars?

With acne, there is never a clean breakup. Even when flare-ups have gone, various scars may remain to remind us of a not so amazing time.

While time will heal these marks, there are a few expert-approved solutions for dealing with speed time on your schedule. Chemical peels are one of the most prevalent procedures.

The following are some of the potential benefits of chemical peels for acne-prone skin:

  • smoother texture and tone
  • unclogging of pores to help prevent future breakouts
  • lightening of dark spots

Chemical peels work by clearing the top layer of skin, allowing new, healthy skin to show.”

Chemical peels can be a great approach to maintain and revitalise the skin in general.”

“Exfoliation is more effective with these than with physical exfoliators” (topical scrubs, for example). The chemical’s trauma not only kills and eliminates dead skin cells on the surface, but it also stimulates the body’s natural response to generate collagen, which can fill in scars.”

Chemical peels aren’t always the best option for severe raised or depressed scars.

For hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, dull skin and sagging skin, sensitive skin, oily and acne-prone skin, rosacea, and dark circles, Silkor offers a variety of chemical peelings.

Chemical Peelings

A mix of medium to superficial depth chemical peelings will be used to treat hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, dull skin and sagging skin, oily and acne-prone skin, sensitive skin, rosacea, and dark circles.

Our peels work to restore skin’s natural vibrancy by removing impurities and stimulating cellular energy for skin that appears tired and strained. Our peels are as follows:

  • Are proven as a highly successful and safe method of non-surgical procedure
  • Are medically developed skin regenerators
  • Treat the sagging areas of the skin, soften and smoothen skin, increase hydration and suppleness by treating sun-damaged skin, balance irregular skin tones and improve oily and acne-prone skin.
  • The skin’s blood circulation is increased, causing the upper layers of the skin to peel off. They also induce skin regeneration by producing new cells and collagen fibres to form.
  • Are approved by FDA.  The old skin will peel off 3 to 4 days after the treatment is completed. You can normally work until then and do not need to take any time off. A follow-up treatment is taking place on the fourth or fifth day.

If necessary, the facial therapist will massage away any old skin and apply a rich active preparation to the new, absorbent skin. The new skin is more vibrant, and the complexion is much better, fresher, clearer, and younger.

Dermatologists may use laser or light-based techniques to enhance the results of a Chemical Peel. They can also combine the peel with other procedures like dermal fillers or botulinum injections.

A Chemical Peel is usually performed at our clinic. Most patients experience warmth or heat during a Chemical Peel, which can last for about five to ten minutes. A deeper peel could be more uncomfortable, so that you may need numbing medication during the procedure and pain medication afterwards. It’s also possible that you’ll need more than one treatment to get the results you want.
