  1. gently clean your face using (gentle cleanser )with Lukewarm water twice a day . (Light exfoliation ) every week to remove the dead skin cells and smooth the texture lead to glowing skin -(get regular facial)
  2. keep your skin moisturized to strengthen the skin barrier.
  3. Apply sun screen every day before you go outdoor.( protect you from many skin diseases and reduce skin aging)
  4. stay hydrated, by drinking enough water Keeps your skin healthy & glowing.
  5. Don’t smoke ( smoking makes your skin look older by narrowing the tiny blood vessels which decreases blood flow carrying oxygen and nutrients to the skin and damage the collagen and elastin fibers in your skin.
  6. Take care of your gut. eat antioxidant rich food (fruits and vegetables are considered the best source of antioxidants and vitamins.
  7. manage your stress.( uncontrolled stress make your skin sensitive and can trigger many skin diseases like eczema, acne and psoriasis etc.)
  8. Get enough sleep .
